Things You Should Know & Do

• Price of dumpster will be decided before delivery.
• At the time of delivery of dumpster, payment must be given to the driver.
• The price you were quoted included's the tonnage that was discussed. Any tonnage that occurs over the agreed tonnage is $50.00 per ton. A receipt from the landfill will accompany the bill.
• ABSOLUTELY NO LOADING OF DUMPSTER WITH BACK HOES OR OTHER MACHINERY. HAND LOAD ONLY. (You must pay for damage.)
• ABSOLUTLEY NO BURNING IN OR AROUND DUMPSTER. (You must pay for fire damage.)
• Load must be level with top of can. No debris over sides. This is a Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation.
• After 7 days with dumpster, there is a $10.00 charge per day thereafter.
• If homeowner or contractor gives the OK to place dumpster on property, we are not liable for any property damages.
• There will be an extra charge of $75.00 in case we have to return for dumpster because it is block by a car or debris.

Things You Should Know & Do

• Have garbage out by 6am on your day of collection at curbside.
• All garbage bags must be tied securely. We do not pick up garbage spilled by animals. In order to help this problem put a few drops of Ammonia or Pine Sol in the garbage bag.
• Since landfill space is valuable we do not take dirt.
• Any large items such as refrigerators, washers or water heaters must be picked up separately at an additional charge. Please call the office.
• There will be an extra charge for bags without stickers and overweight bags.
• When a holiday occurs, your pick-up day will be one day later.
